Greg Rulifson is a Teaching Assistant Professor at the Division of Engineering Design & Society within the College of Engineering and Computational Sciences at Colorado School of Mines. He teaches Humanitarian Engineering courses such as Engineering for Sustainable Community Development, Projects for People, and Engineering for Social and Environmental Responsibility. Greg serves as a Humanitarian Engineering Advisor to Capstone teams in the CECS college, guiding impactful international projects, and mentors Shultz Scholars to strengthen the Humanitarian Engineering program. He co-advises Mines Without Borders, collaborating with communities in western Nicaragua, and contributes to NSF research projects on ethical community engagement in engineering education.
