Greg Hardt is an Assistant Professor of Management and a trust researcher at Hamline University, with a focus on workplace interpersonal trust, employee voice, and polyculturalism. His teaching philosophy emphasizes engagement, alignment, and rigor, leveraging seven years of experience in management, HR, and organizational behavior education.
