Gerard Beenen is a Lecturer at the Paul Merage School of Business, University of California, Irvine, and also teaches at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. He previously served as Professor of Management and Associate Dean at California State University, Fullerton, where he was Chair of the Department of Management. His academic expertise lies in organizational behavior, leadership, and workplace motivation.
