Prof. Fabio Graziosi is a Full Professor in the Department of Engineering and Information Sciences and Mathematics at the University of L'Aquila. He leads research in telecommunications, emergency communication systems, and smart network architectures. His work focuses on innovative solutions for 5G/6G networks, structural health monitoring, and geospatial services, with applications in disaster response and urban digitization.
Research Interests include Telecommunications, Emergency Systems, Network Security, and Machine Learning. He has pioneered projects like the INCIPICT initiative, leveraging 5G for smart city infrastructure, and developed frameworks for real-time emergency vehicle detection using CNNs. His work bridges theory and practice, addressing challenges in optical fiber networks, edge computing, and AI-driven threat detection.
Publications span over 50 articles, with recent contributions on O-RAN security, geospatial service optimization, and 6G function placement.
