Grace McCarthy is a Professor and currently serves as the Interim Executive Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law at the University of Wollongong (UOW). With a PhD in Leadership from UMIST (Manchester), her career blends industry experience in multinational management with academic rigor. She specializes in leadership, coaching, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation, emphasizing responsible management practices.
