Gordon Flockhart is Senior Teaching Fellow and Associate Director of the Engineering Academy at the University of Strathclyde's Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering. His research in photonics focuses on optical sensors, fibre Bragg gratings, and photoacoustic imaging.
Education: Ph.D. in Photonics (Heriot-Watt University). Deputy Director of the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Applied Photonics.
