Gonzalo García Ros is a Lecturer at the School of Civil Engineering, Technical University of Cartagena (UPCT), with expertise in Geotechnical Engineering, Soil Mechanics, and Ground Consolidation. He holds a PhD in Ground Engineering (Soil Consolidation) from UPCT (2016) and a Civil Engineering degree from Polytechnic University of Valencia (2009). As Deputy Director of Institutional Promotion, Communication, and Business, he combines teaching with administrative leadership.

His research focuses on foundational geotechnical processes, including soil mechanics and specialized foundation techniques.
