Gokce Basbug

Dr. Gokce Basbug is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at Durham University Business School. Prior to this role, he served as an Assistant Professor of Management at Sungkyunkwan University Graduate School of Business in South Korea. He earned his Ph.D. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and holds a BA from Istanbul University.

• Contextual factors in job search strategies

His publications span multidisciplinary topics connecting labor economics, organizational behavior, and social sciences. Current collaborative projects include coordinating the SASE Network G Conference and organizing the ILERA European Conference.
