Dr. Glenn Rideout is the Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and Research and an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Windsor. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Windsor (2005) and has extensive experience in teacher education and educational policy. His research focuses on pre-service teacher beliefs, pupil control ideologies, restorative justice in schools, and leadership styles' impact on teacher development.

Advisory contributions include supervising graduate research on professional learning communities, vulnerable students in Tanzania, and academic entitlement. His teaching spans graduate courses in educational policy, organizational behavior, and sociological aspects of education.
