Glen Searle

Dr. Glen Searle is an Honorary Associate Professor at the School of Architecture, Design and Planning, University of Queensland. His research focuses on urban sustainability policies, metropolitan strategic planning, infrastructure development, and global urban dynamics. He has authored and co-authored over 80 publications including books, journal articles, and conference papers, with notable contributions to understanding urban consolidation, transit-oriented development, and global city networks.

His work spans critical analyses of Sydney’s urban transformation, Olympic infrastructure legacies, and comparative studies of Australian and global urban policies.
