Giuseppe Marino serves as a Researcher (GIUR-01/A) in the Department of Law at the University of Palermo. He is affiliated with the School of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences where he teaches specialized courses for the Corporate Legal Consultant program, and occasionally contributes to the School of Human Sciences and Cultural Heritage.
His research interests span across multiple legal domains with particular focus on Digital Law, Private Law, Contract Law, and Business Law. Professor Marino's teaching portfolio includes advanced courses on Law of Obligations and Contracts, Private International Law, Guaranteed Financing and Business Network Law, and Civil Environmental Law. His work bridges traditional legal frameworks with emerging digital challenges in contemporary jurisprudence.
Marino maintains regular office hours on Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Department of Law (adjacent to the Private Law Section reading room, ground floor, second foyer) and on Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:00 at the Trapani Educational Center. Students are required to book appointments via email outside of these scheduled hours.
