Carmelo Restivo is a Researcher (GIUR-01/A) at the Department of Law, University of Palermo. He holds office hours
- Tuesdays from 11:00 to 12:00 at the Trapani Educational Center
- Wednesdays from 12:30 to 13:30 in the teacher's office at the Department of Law (Palermo)
Research Interests: Jurisprudence, Civil Law, Legal Philosophy, and Legal Ethics, with a focus on abuse of rights, judicial interpretation, and legal theory. His publications span topics like mortgage law, emission regulation, and ethical standards in legal frameworks.
