Giuseppe Maccarrone is a Full Professor of Analytical Chemistry at the Department of Chemical Sciences, University of Catania, since 2006. He earned his Laurea in Chemistry (summa cum laude) in 1983 and a PhD in Chemical Sciences (Inorganic Chemistry) in 1988, both from the University of Catania.
