Dr. Giulia Negri is Associate Professor of Finance at the Luxembourg School of Business, where she actively teaches and conducts research in valuation, M&A, private equity, and venture capital. She is also a Fellow of the Corporate Finance and Real Estate Department and Business Developer for Central Europe at SDA Bocconi School of Management, and a Fellow at BAFFI Carefin, the finance research unit of Bocconi University.

Her research and teaching revolve around corporate finance, especially business valuation, domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, and venture capital. She translates this expertise into executive education, coordinating the Finance Week of the Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi (2018-2020) and delivering tailored programs in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Negri has led or collaborated on numerous international research and consulting projects with JP Morgan Private Banking, PwC, Parmalat, Assiteca, IBM, Prysmian, and various industrial associations. She served as Project Manager for “Bocconi Start-up Day,” funded by the Citi Foundation New York, creating a marketplace for Italian start-ups and investors. Additionally, she has provided corporate-finance and M&A advisory services to SMEs through Madison Corporate Finance.
