Giulia Giunti is a Lecturer at the School of Management, University of St Andrews, specializing in research at the intersection of Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and Psychology. Giunti's research is methodologically diverse, employing qualitative and quantitative approaches. Her current projects include a comparative study of work-life interface (funded by the University of St Andrews), wellbeing in the UK Police (co-PI at University of Durham), and pedagogical research on teaching beyond AI tools in collaboration with the University of Padua. Her PhD work, funded by ESRC, redefined academic entrepreneurship through a social entrepreneurship lens.
Her research output spans interdisciplinary topics, including housing policy, stroke rehabilitation, and cognitive assessment in Parkinson's disease. This breadth reflects her focus on quality of life and identity across organizational and clinical contexts.
