Giselle Valman

Dr. Giselle Valman is a Lecturer for Special Tasks (Spanish) at the Specialized Language Center of Bielefeld University, Germany, serving as module leader for Spanish language practice in Romance Studies since 2024. She holds a doctorate in German as a Foreign and Second Language from the University of Leipzig (2018) and is currently pursuing habilitation on Spanish phonetics in German schools under Prof. Carsten Sinner.

She leads an open-access course on Spanish phonetics through Bielefeld's OpenMoodle platform.
