Gisele Miranda

Gisele Miranda is a SciLifeLab Fellow at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, specializing in advanced machine learning applications for biological systems. Her work integrates generative AI, deep learning, and multimodal data analysis to decode cellular networks and tissue architecture.

Research focuses include:

• Real-time prediction of biological dynamics using deep convolutional neural networks
• Modeling spatial spread of infectious diseases through mobility patterns
• Development of graph-based machine learning techniques
