Giorgio Garzino

Giorgio Garzino is a Full Professor at the Polytechnic University of Turin, affiliated with the Department of Structural, Building and Geotechnical Engineering (DISEG) and the Interdepartmental Centre R3C - Responsible Risk Resilience Centre. He serves as a Building Program Management Advisor and holds roles in collaborative agreements with public institutions. His teaching responsibilities include courses on urban resilience design, sustainable urban refurbishment, and climate-responsive heritage analysis within the Master's Degree in Building Engineering.

Research interests focus on Urban Resilience, Architectural Drawing, and BIM interoperability. He leads projects on hospital construction modularity, post-war urban transformation, and digital heritage tools.
