Professor Giorgia Delvecchio serves in the Department of Humanities, Social Sciences and Cultural Enterprises at the University of Parma, affiliated with the School of Languages (S. Michele School). Her scientific disciplinary sector is Hispanic-American Literature (L-LIN/06), and she holds the academic rank of Professor.
Her research centers on Hispanic-American literary traditions with emphasis on Latin American and Spanish narratives, extending into Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies frameworks. This focus directly informs her decade-long teaching of Hispanic-American Literature across multiple cohorts of the Modern Foreign Languages and Civilizations bachelor's program.
