Gioacchino Cafiero

Gioacchino Cafiero is an Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (DIMEAS), Polytechnic University of Turin. His research focuses on data-driven experimental fluid mechanics, particularly applying machine learning techniques like deep reinforcement learning and genetic algorithms to control turbulent flows and optimize fluidic actuators.
