Ginger Madrigal is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Barton College, where she contributes to the academic community that shaped her own nursing journey. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Barton College in 2014 and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in Nursing Education in 2019.

Her research and professional focus centers on psychiatric and mental health nursing, nursing education pedagogy, and improving care for vulnerable populations. She maintains active clinical practice while mentoring future nurses, emphasizing values of compassion and patient advocacy.
As a Barton College graduate, she currently practices bedside care in a progressive care unit at a small community hospital, ensuring her teaching remains grounded in real-world clinical application.
