Gina Weaver-Yount

Gina Weaver-Yount is an Associate Professor in the Division of Cultural and Communication Studies at Southern Nazarene University (SNU) and serves as the Honors Program Director. She has been a faculty member at SNU since 2006, where she focuses on literature and mentoring students toward academic and career success.

Gina is actively involved in academic advising and program administration, fostering a holistic educational experience. Beyond academia, she is an avid crafter with expertise in quilt-making, garment sewing, and knitting, often creating her own clothing. She balances these pursuits with family life, raising two young sons.
