Gillian BAKER is a Part-Time Lecturer (Hourly) in Education at Staffordshire University, affiliated with the Health, Education, Policing and Sciences faculty. With 37 years of experience as a Biology/Science teacher at a secondary school, she transitioned to supporting the Biology PGCE program, focusing on training future Biology teachers. Her expertise includes classroom teaching, department management, and mentorship in Initial Teacher Training (ITT).
