Gil Seinfeld is the Robert A. Sullivan Professor of Law at the University of Michigan School of Law. He served as associate dean for academic programming from 2016 to 2021 and teaches courses in federal jurisdiction, civil procedure, and constitutional law of federalism. His current research focuses on legal education, particularly student mental health and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), alongside scholarly work examining the role of national unity in constitutional law.
