Dr. Ghislaine Lewis is an Associate Professor of Communication Studies at the University of Lynchburg, affiliated with the School of Liberal Arts & Sciences. Her expertise spans Journalism, New Media and Culture, Crisis and Political Communication, and Health Communication. She advises the campus newspaper, leads community initiatives, and serves on multiple boards. Dr. Lewis holds a PhD in Media and Communication from the University of Canterbury, an MSc in Journalism from Florida A&M University, a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education from Monash University, and a BA in Communication and Religion from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College.
