Ghada Jaber

Ghada Jaber is a Lecturer at the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC) since September 2019, affiliated with the Computer Science department and the Heudiasyc Lab (UMR CNRS 7253). Her research focuses on Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Sensor Networks, Distributed Algorithms, and Content-Centric Networking, with a particular emphasis on energy efficiency, security, and mobility in dynamic networks.

• Key research themes include adaptive security protocols for IoT, deep reinforcement learning for wireless charging, and collaborative caching strategies in fog/sensor networks.
• Her work often addresses challenges in vehicular networks, ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems), and energy-harvesting architectures.

Recent publications highlight trends in context-aware wireless charging, threat-aware systems, and machine learning-based trust management. She contributes to both theoretical and applied aspects of network optimization, particularly in resource-constrained environments.

In teaching, she leads courses (UV SR01, SR07) and internships in the GI department, while also heading the ISI department (Information Systems and Networks) at UTC.
