Gerard Hoek is an Associate Professor at the Institute for Risk Assessment Sciences (IRAS) within Utrecht University's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, specializing in environmental epidemiology and exposure assessment. With over 25 years of experience, his research focuses on outdoor air pollution, low-level pollution effects, noise, green spaces, and the exposome.
