Gerald Gaglio is a University Professor of Sociology at Cote d'Azur University, affiliated with the Research Group in Law, Economics, Management (GREDEG) and holding dual appointments in the University School of Economics and Management Research and University School of Society and Environment Research.
His research centers on the intersection of sociology, technological innovation, and organizational dynamics, with specialized focus on New Technologies adoption, Innovation processes, and the Sociology of the Body. His work critically examines how technological advancements reshape social structures and embodied experiences within contemporary organizations.
Professor Gaglio leads the Social Sciences specialization for the joint sociology-geography master's program and co-directs the INNOS Team (Innovation in organizations and society) within the Innovation, Science and Technology Pole (PIST), driving interdisciplinary research on technology-society interactions.
