Georgios Xanthopoulos

Georgios Xanthopoulos is an Associate Professor at the Agricultural University of Athens, affiliated with the School of Environment and Agricultural Engineering and the Department of Natural Resources Management & Agricultural Engineering. His research focuses on post-harvest technologies, computational modeling of physical processes in agricultural products, and digital innovations in agriculture.
