Dr. Georgia Persons is a Professor at the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School of Public Policy, Georgia Institute of Technology. She specializes in African American Politics, American National Government, and Health Disparities. Her research emphasizes urban politics, political development, and social justice. She holds a PhD from MIT and a BA from Southern University.
