George Lambrinidis is a Senior Lecturer and Theme Leader of the Tertiary Enabling Program (TEP) at Charles Darwin University's Faculty of Arts and Society. He serves as an Executive Committee member of the National Association of Enabling Educators Australia (NAEEA), focusing on enabling pedagogy and national policy frameworks for equitable education access. He holds a Master of Tertiary Education Management (University of Melbourne, 2011) and dual Bachelor of Science degrees from Charles Darwin University (1994–1995).
His research integrates digital education technologies to support non-traditional learners, including innovations in online learning and big data applications for student engagement. Current projects involve national benchmarking of enabling programs across nine Australian universities. Earlier work spanned aquaculture and biochemistry, with studies on tropical marine algae and shellfish nutrition. Key interests include the affective domain of learning and positive psychology's role in academic success.
Collaborations include partnerships with institutions like the University of Southern Queensland and the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. His work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) through accessible education pathways and systemic program improvements.
