Dr George Gazis is an Associate Professor in Greek Literature and Philosophy at Durham University's Department of Classics and Ancient History. His research focuses on Archaic Greek Epic and Lyric, Plato’s Academy, Athenian drama, and Bronze Age Aegean studies.
