George E. Hicks

Dr. George E. Hicks is a Professor of Education and Chair of the Department of Educational Leadership at South Carolina State University. He has served SC State for over 20 years, previously coordinating the Elementary Education Program and working as a Language Arts Consultant for the TLMP Project.
