George Chloupis is an Assistant Professor of Criminal Law at the School of Law, European University of Cyprus. He holds a Doctoral diploma from the National and Kapodestrian University of Athens (2004) and has extensive research experience in transnational organized crime, cybercrime prevention, and criminal policy. His work bridges legal frameworks with practical enforcement strategies, focusing on international cooperation mechanisms and human rights considerations.
