George Blumberg

George Blumberg is a Senior Lecturer in the Built Environment at Oxford Brookes University, specializing in teaching and research related to urban infrastructure development. He teaches undergraduate courses such as Construction Project Management and Integrative Projects, as well as graduate modules like Project Planning, Control and Risk.

He has supervised over 50 MSc dissertations and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. His work spans sustainable construction, disaster resilience, and urban climate adaptation.
