Geoff Kaplan

Geoff Kaplan is Senior Adjunct Professor in the Graduate Design Program at California College of the Arts. His studio practice (General Working Group) serves cultural institutions, with work in permanent collections of SFMOMA and MoMA. Research focuses on graphic design history and pedagogy.

Publications: Authored Power of the People: The Graphic Design of Radical Press and the Rise of the Counter-Culture, 1964-1974 (University of Chicago Press). Currently developing a history of graphic design pedagogy.
