Geoff Glover

Geoff Glover is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Business and Law at Solent University. With over 32 years of industry experience in human resources and organizational strategy, he bridges academic theory with practical insights from his global career.

At Volvo, he served as Vice President for Learning and Development, Talent Management, and People Strategy Integration, driving organizational transformation after the Chinese acquisition. At Ford, he managed HR during the Southampton plant closure and subsequent business reformation.

Geoff's research interests center on human resource strategy, organizational development, and cross-cultural business leadership, informed by his work in Sweden, the UK, and China. He has presented internationally, including a high-profile panel at Sweden's Almedalsveckan event.
