Genesis Quiles-Galarza

Genesis Quiles-Galarza is an Assistant Professor in Residence at the University of Connecticut. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania (2024). Her research focuses on engineering pedagogy, with a particular emphasis on improving educational practices and diversity initiatives in STEM fields. She is affiliated with professional organizations including the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE), and Ciencia Puerto Rico. Quiles-Galarza received the 2020 Hispanic Scholarship Fund Fellowship, recognizing her academic and leadership potential.
