Gema Zamarro Rodriguez is a Professor of Education Reform and Economics at the University of Arkansas, holding the 21st Century Endowed Chair in Teacher Quality. She is affiliated with the Department of Education Reform in the College of Education and Health Professions. Additionally, she serves as an Adjunct Senior Economist at the USC Dornsife Center for Economic and Social Research. Her academic background includes a Ph.D. in Economics from CEMFI and UNED (Spain), with prior roles at RAND Corporation, Pardee RAND Graduate School, Tilburg University, and NETSPAR.
