Gea Lepik

Gea Lepik is a Lecturer in Civil Law at the University of Tartu's School of Law and a judge at Tallinn Circuit Court. An Oxford-educated jurist (Magister Juris, Distinction), she specializes in intellectual property and commercial law.

Academic Contributions: Researches copyright originality standards, trademark protection against unfair competition, and security rights in IP assets. Recent publications analyze Estonian implementation of EU directives and judicial review mechanisms for business contracts.
