Gayle Kaufman is the Nancy and Erwin Maddrey Professor of Sociology and Gender & Sexuality Studies at Davidson College. They teach courses on gender, family, sport, statistics, and research methods, emphasizing institutional influences on gender norms and student-centered research engagement. Pronouns: they/them.
