Mrs Gayatri Nair is a Lecturer in the Entrepreneurship and Creative Industries department of the School of Management at Canadian University Dubai. A proud alumna of CUD, she earned her BBA in Marketing with Merit and subsequently completed her Master of Science in International Business from the University of Birmingham, UK. She currently holds the UAE 10-year Golden Visa in recognition of her academic excellence.

Research Interests
Gayatri Nair’s research portfolio intersects entrepreneurship education, creative industries, and sustainability. She investigates how enterprise education impacts students in the creative sectors, explores machine-learning applications for rural family farms in the UAE, and examines gamification strategies to enhance student engagement. Additional interests include post-COVID-19 international renewable-energy collaborations and strategic partnerships between Australia and South Asia.
Her work is characterized by an interdisciplinary approach that blends marketing, brand management, startup strategy, and corporate training insights gained from her family’s startup venture in educational and corporate supplies.

Across 2021–2023, Nair has co-authored Scopus-indexed articles and case studies that consistently address entrepreneurship education, sustainable technology adoption, and innovative pedagogies. These works demonstrate a trajectory from classroom-focused gamification to macro-level renewable-energy collaborations, emphasizing both local UAE contexts and broader international partnerships.
