Gavin Brockett is an Associate Professor in the Department of History at Wilfrid Laurier University. His research focuses on modern Turkish history, international Islam throughout the 20th century, and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He also investigates pedagogical approaches for active learning in humanities education.
