Dr. Gauri Guha is a Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics & Finance at the Neil Griffin College of Business, Arkansas State University, where he has served since 2002. His teaching and research span environmental economics, energy economics, climate change, and global business policies across PhD, MBA, and undergraduate programs.
His educational background includes a Ph.D. in Energy and Environmental Economics from Pennsylvania State University, an MBA in International Trade from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, and an M.S. in Economics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, India.
Dr. Guha's research centers on the economic impacts of climate change, environmental valuation, renewable energy, and international business. He has led significant research projects funded by the U.S. Department of Education and has contributed to policy development through grants focused on export strategies and international market identification. His methodological expertise includes EBCA, EIA, Input-Output Analysis, and CGE Modeling.
Though specific publications are not listed, his scholarly output includes four books and numerous articles in international journals, with presentations in Rio de Janeiro, Vancouver, Kathmandu, Ottawa, Quebec City, Brussels, and an invited talk at the Oxford Union, reflecting a strong international research presence.

Dr. Guha holds visiting professorships at Rovaniemi Polytechnic (Finland), University of Caen (France), University of Duisburg (Germany), and University of Applied Science in Salzburg (Austria), demonstrating extensive international academic collaboration.
