Gaston Arnolda is a Senior Research Fellow at the Australian Institute of Health Innovation (Macquarie University), affiliated with the Centre for Healthcare Resilience and Implementation Science. He holds an adjunct position as Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales.

His research focuses on healthcare quality improvement, implementation science, and guideline adherence. He has led/co-led 6 major projects, including the National Paediatric Applied Research Translation Initiative (N-PARTI) and evaluations of stroke guidelines. His research outputs (118+ publications) span peer-reviewed articles, reviews, and commissioned reports in journals like Implementation Science Communications and Journal of Medical Internet Research.
Notable awards include Wiley’s top 10% downloaded paper (2018-2019) and top-cited paper (2021-2022). He actively collaborates in national and international studies, contributing to policy development and service improvement initiatives.
