Dr. Gary Seighman is Professor, Director of Choral Activities, and Chair of the Music Department at Trinity University's School of Arts and Humanities. Under his leadership, Trinity's choirs have performed at national conferences, toured internationally (including U.K., France, and East Asia), and produced commercial recordings. He received the 2023 Innovative Concert Programming Award and Guy H. Ranson Memorial Award for teaching excellence.
His research focuses on choral pedagogy, ensemble performance, and music education innovation. Recent publications explore advanced rehearsal techniques and historical score analysis.
