Gary Natriello is a Professor of Sociology and Education and the Ruth L. Gottesman Professor in Educational Research at the Department of Human Development, Teachers College, Columbia University. He serves as Department Chair and Program Director for the Learning Analytics and Data, Learning and Society initiatives, focusing on the intersection of technology, data, and educational structures.
- Educational Background: A.B. in English from Princeton University (1980), A.M. in Sociology from Stanford University (1984), Ph.D. in Sociology of Education from Stanford University (1986). Postdoctoral fellowship in the NIMH Program at Johns Hopkins University (1986-1988).
