Dr. Gary L. Branham is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Indiana University's O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs in Bloomington, where he teaches courses in negotiation and conflict resolution. Concurrently, he serves as an Organizational Ombudsman at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in Washington, D.C., a role he has held since 1986, assisting employees in resolving workplace disputes through mediation and conflict coaching. Additionally, he operates a private mediation practice, working with institutions like the United States Postal Service REDRESS Program, Transportation Security Administration, and the United States Department of Agriculture.
