Gary F. Bell is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore (NUS), and also serves as a Visiting Professor of Law at NUS and Panthéon-Assas University. He directs the LL.M. programs in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, as well as Asian Legal Studies at NUS.

His research focuses on international arbitration, dispute resolution, comparative law, and Asian legal systems. As an arbitrator, he has handled cases under SIAC, ICC, LCIA, and KCAB rules and is affiliated with panels like the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
