Dr Gary Burkhardt is a Lecturer in Strategic Operations and Analytics at Swansea University's School of Management. He holds a PhD from Swansea University on online consent for personal data processing, an Oxford University Mathematics degree, MSc Computer Science, and legal diplomas. With 20+ years in telecommunications at Vodafone and Siemens, his research focuses on AI, online privacy, data ethics, and legal systems. He teaches modules like Data Mining, Business Analytics, and Strategic Marketing.
